记忆：关于你的事实Memory: facts about you

一段对话结束后，助理从你自己说的话里提取值得记住的东西，分成五类：关于我、词汇、项目、反馈、资料。每条都写着从哪段对话学到、用了几次。提问时按相关性挑出最多 8 条一起发出。When a conversation ends, the assistant extracts what's worth remembering from your own words, in five types: about me, vocabulary, projects, feedback, references. Each entry shows which conversation it came from and how often it was used. Up to eight relevant entries travel with each question.

• 回答卡上写着「用到了 N 条记忆」，点开能看是哪几条，不对就改或删The answer card says “used N memories”; click to see which, and fix or delete any that are wrong
• 久未用到的条目转为「不常用」，不会被自动删除；「整理…」一次合并重复、收起过时，全部可撤销Entries you haven't used fade to “rarely used” but are never deleted automatically; “Tidy up…” merges duplicates and folds stale entries in one confirmed step, all undoable
• 词汇会同时提供给语音输入，人名和术语写对Vocabulary also feeds voice input, so names and terms come out right

风格：怎么回答你Style: how to answer you

六个字段：称呼、语言、语气、长度与格式、长期目标、不要。每次提问都带上。「太长了」「别用赋能这种词」这类纠正，出现在两段对话里就会改；你自己改过的字段会锁定，之后不再被学习改写。Six fields: how to address you, language, tone, length and format, long-term goals, and things to avoid. It goes with every question. Corrections like “too long” or “don't say synergy” take effect once they show up in two conversations; a field you edit yourself is locked and never rewritten by learning.

技能：常做的事，一句话Skills: the thing you always do, in one phrase

同一类请求在两段不同的对话里出现，助理会提议：「我发现你常做『把这周完成的整理成周报』，要存成技能吗？」存下来之后，在胶囊里打「周报」，先看到步骤和费用的预览，↩ 运行，回执上有撤销。When the same kind of request shows up in two different conversations, the assistant proposes: “You often ask me to turn this week's completed to-dos into a weekly report. Save it as a skill?” Once saved, type “weekly report” in the capsule, see a preview of the steps and cost, press ↩ to run, and undo from the receipt.

• 技能只在你打出触发短语或按它的热键时运行，从不定时、从不后台、从不自己决定A skill runs only when you type its trigger phrase or press its hotkey: never on a schedule, never in the background, never on its own
• 步骤可以是本机模板、一次助理提问、一个 AI 文字项，或者新建待办 / 笔记；只有本机步骤的技能不花 CreditSteps can be a local template, one assistant question, an AI text item, or creating a to-do / note; skills with only local steps cost no credits
• 也可以自己新建；导出为 .skill.mdYou can also write one by hand, and export it as .skill.md

看得见，撤得掉Visible and reversible

• 「最近学到」记录每一次学习：学到了什么、更新了什么、发送了多少字，每一项都能撤销；撤销过的内容 90 天内不会再学回来“Recently learned” logs every extraction: what was learned, what changed, how much text was sent, each item undoable; something you undo isn't learned again for 90 days
• 密码、密钥、银行卡号、证件号、签证身份等即使你说「记住」也不存；健康、宗教、政治等只有你明确要求才记Passwords, keys, card and bank numbers, ID numbers and visa status are never stored, even if you say “remember this”; health, religion, politics and the like are kept only when you explicitly ask
• 一个开关暂停学习；「清空全部记忆」不影响对话、待办和技能One switch pauses learning; “Clear all memory” leaves conversations, to-dos and skills alone
