- 安装。Install. 打开 KeyFlow.dmg，把 KeyFlow 拖到「应用程序」，启动。Open KeyFlow.dmg, drag KeyFlow into Applications, launch it.
- 授权。Allow. 在「系统设置 › 隐私与安全性 › 辅助功能」里允许 KeyFlow。语音输入需要麦克风权限，截图需要「录屏与系统录音」权限，用到时才会请求。Allow KeyFlow under System Settings › Privacy & Security › Accessibility. Voice input asks for the microphone and screenshots for Screen Recording only when you first use them.
- 一键配置。Quick setup. 从 Dock 导入 ⌥1…9，Caps 设为 Ctrl/Esc，打开菜单栏收起。以后按住 ⌥ 就能看到速查条。Import ⌥1…9 from your Dock, set Caps to Ctrl/Esc and turn on menu bar collapse. From then on, hold ⌥ to see the cheat sheet.
- 登录（可选）。Sign in (optional). AI 功能需要登录：邮箱验证码或 Google。登录后自动开始 14 天免费试用，不绑卡。AI features need an account: email code or Google. Signing in starts your 14-day free trial, no card needed.
