- 首次购买（月付或年付）：付款后 14 天内可无理由全额退款。
- 年付续费：续费扣款后 14 天内可无理由全额退款。
- 月付续费：不退款，但你可以随时取消，已付费的当月内照常使用。
- Credit 包：未使用的包购买后 14 天内可全额退款；已经开始使用的包不退款。（待 Stan 确认：依据 MONETIZATION_V2_PRD §6，退款流程尚未确认）
- 免费试用：试用不收费，也不需要绑卡，所以不涉及退款。
如何申请
发邮件到 hello@usekeyflow.app（附上 Paddle 收据里的订单号），或回复 Paddle 发给你的收据邮件，也可以通过 paddle.net 申请。退款由我们的记录商户 Paddle.com 原路退回，到账时间取决于你的银行或付款方式，通常 5–10 个工作日。
退款之后
订阅会被立即取消，KeyFlow 在 App 下次刷新授权时停止工作，本月剩余的订阅 Credit 一并收回。你的设置和本机数据全部保留，笔记和待办可以导出。如果这笔购买让你的邀请人获得了奖励，未使用的奖励天数可能会被扣回。
本政策不影响你依所在地法律享有的法定权利（例如欧盟的 14 天撤回权）。
KeyFlow Refund Policy

- First purchase (monthly or yearly): full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of payment.
- Yearly renewals: full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of the renewal charge.
- Monthly renewals: not refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep using KeyFlow until the end of the month you paid for.
- Credit packs: a full refund for an unused pack within 14 days of purchase; packs you have started using are not refunded. (TODO for Stan: per MONETIZATION_V2_PRD §6; the refund flow is not confirmed yet)
- Free trial: the trial is free and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund.
How to ask
Email hello@usekeyflow.app with the order number from your Paddle receipt, reply to the Paddle receipt email, or use paddle.net. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, to your original payment method; how long they take to arrive depends on your bank or payment method (usually 5–10 business days).
After a refund
Your subscription is cancelled right away, KeyFlow stops working at the app's next license refresh, and the rest of that month's subscription credits are withdrawn. Your settings and local data are kept, and notes and to-dos can be exported. If the purchase earned your inviter a reward, unused reward days may be taken back.
This policy does not limit any statutory rights you have where you live, such as the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
