快捷键、Caps 单击 Esc、导航层、窗口管理和语音插入都靠它。KeyFlow 只在本机处理按键，不记录、不上传你输入的内容。和 BetterTouchTool、Karabiner 一样，这也是它不能上架 Mac App Store 的原因。Hotkeys, Caps-tap-for-Esc, the navigation layer, window management and inserting dictated text all rely on it. KeyFlow processes keys on your Mac only and never records or uploads what you type. Like BetterTouchTool and Karabiner, this is also why it isn't on the Mac App Store.

在「系统设置 › 隐私与安全性 › 辅助功能」里把 KeyFlow 关掉再打开一次，或者退出并重新启动 KeyFlow。更新后 macOS 有时会要求重新授权。Toggle KeyFlow off and on again under System Settings › Privacy & Security › Accessibility, or quit and relaunch KeyFlow. macOS sometimes asks for the permission again after an update.

截图与识别需要「录屏与系统录音」权限，语音输入需要麦克风权限。两者都在第一次使用时才请求。macOS 15 起系统可能每隔一段时间再次确认录屏权限。Screenshot & OCR need Screen Recording; voice input needs the microphone. Both are requested the first time you use them. From macOS 15 the system may re-confirm Screen Recording from time to time.

用 macOS 自带的 hidutil 映射，和「系统设置 › 修饰键」是同一个机制，不装驱动或内核扩展。退出或暂停 KeyFlow 时自动恢复；卸载后 Caps Lock 恢复原样。It uses macOS's own hidutil mapping, the same mechanism as System Settings › Modifier Keys, with no driver or kernel extension. Quitting or pausing KeyFlow restores it; after uninstalling, Caps Lock is back to normal.

这是系统的「安全输入」：密码框里 macOS 不向任何工具发送按键。这时 Caps 仍然是 Control，但单击不会产生 Esc，Hyper 也不生效。That's the system's Secure Input: in password fields macOS sends keys to no third-party tool. Caps still acts as Control, but a tap won't produce Esc and Hyper won't fire.

KeyFlow 不会抢占。检测到冲突时助理默认用 ⌥⇧Space（Caps 设为 Hyper 时推荐 ✦Space）。在「设置 › 迁移与冲突」里可以看到 Raycast 的状态，也可以选择把 ⌥Space 让给 KeyFlow。KeyFlow never takes it over. When it detects the conflict, the assistant defaults to ⌥⇧Space (✦Space is suggested if Caps is Hyper). Settings › Migration & Conflicts shows Raycast's status and lets you hand ⌥Space to KeyFlow if you prefer.

这几个键可能被 macOS「调度中心 › 切换到桌面 N」占用了。KeyFlow 检测到时会改用 ⌃⌥1–3，或者你在「设置 › AI 助手」里录一个自己的快捷键。macOS may be using them for Mission Control › Switch to Desktop N. KeyFlow falls back to ⌃⌥1–3 when it notices, or record your own keys under Settings › AI assistant.

能。「设置 › 迁移与冲突」可以导入 Caps 规则、应用快捷键、⌃ 光标键和三 / 四指手势，导入前逐项勾选。两个工具可以一键退出（先确认）。Yes. Settings › Migration & Conflicts imports Caps rules, app hotkeys, ⌃ cursor keys and three / four-finger gestures, with a checkbox per item. Both tools can be quit in one click, after a confirmation.

Credit 和试用都记在账户上，这样换 Mac 也不会丢；登录也是防止滥用的最简单办法。键盘、待办、专注、剪贴板等本机功能不需要登录。Credits and the trial belong to your account, so nothing is lost when you change Macs, and sign-in is the simplest way to prevent abuse. Keyboard, to-dos, Focus, clipboard and other on-device features don't need an account.

试用期间用完会提示订阅；Pro 订阅期间用完，可以等下个月的 1,000 Credit 发放，或者购买 Credit 包。语音输入不花 Credit，不受影响。During the trial you are asked to subscribe; on Pro you can wait for the next monthly refresh of 1,000 credits or buy a credit pack. Voice input never costs credits, so it keeps working.

说话过程中的实时文字来自本机 Apple 识别。松开后录音会发到云端做一遍更准的识别，再用 AI 整理。打开「仅本机识别」后，只用本机识别结果整理，录音不会发送到云端。The live text while you speak comes from on-device Apple recognition. After you release, the recording is sent to the cloud for a more accurate pass, then tidied by AI. With “on-device only” on, only the on-device result is used and no audio is sent to the cloud.

不会。短按 Fn（< 300 毫秒）原样交给系统，按住才触发语音。如果你的系统设置里 🌐 键有别的用途，KeyFlow 会提示，并提供右 ⌥ 作为替代触发键。No. A short Fn press (under 300 ms) goes straight to the system; only holding triggers voice. If your 🌐 key does something else in System Settings, KeyFlow says so and offers right ⌥ as an alternative.

「设置 › AI 助手」里有三个速度档：极速、标准、精细。联网搜索会多花几秒。回答不合口味时，在回答卡上点「用到了 N 条记忆」看看它参考了什么，或者在「个人」页调整风格。Settings › AI assistant has three speed tiers: fast, standard and max. Web search adds a few seconds. If answers don't fit, click “used N memories” on the answer card to see what it drew on, or adjust your style on the Personal page.

公测期间所有功能免费。正式付费上线后，登录即开始 14 天免费试用，不绑卡；试用和订阅结束后 KeyFlow 会停止工作，设置和本机数据都保留，订阅后立即恢复。Everything is free during the beta. When paid plans launch, signing in starts a 14-day free trial with no card; when the trial or subscription ends KeyFlow stops working, your settings and local data are kept, and everything resumes when you subscribe.

退出 KeyFlow，把它从「应用程序」拖到废纸篓。Caps Lock 映射会自动恢复。数据在 ~/Library/Application Support/KeyFlow，想彻底清理可以一并删除。Quit KeyFlow and drag it from Applications to the Trash. The Caps Lock mapping is restored automatically. Your data lives in ~/Library/Application Support/KeyFlow; delete that folder too for a clean removal.
